Fulham linked as Millwall striker Morison cannot hide Premier League ambition

Millwall striker Steve Morison cannot hide his Premier League ambitions.

Morison is the subject of interest from West Ham United and Fulham.

"Every player wants to play at the highest level during their playing career and I am no spring chicken any more," Morison told skysports.com.

"I've made the step up to the Championship this season and obviously moving to the Premier League would be the last rung on the ladder, so if it happens then I will be ready for it.

"If nothing happens then so be it, but I would never rule out the chance to play in the Premier League because you have to believe in yourself at the end of the day.

"It is flattering to be linked with any club from a higher division, but at the end of the day it is only speculation.

"It is always nice to hear your name mentioned though because it means that you must be doing something right and also that your team are doing quite well and long may that continue."
