Fulham line up bid for Porto defender Mangala

Fulham are chasing Porto defender Eliaquim Mangala.

The young Belgian is a £3 million target for Cottagers boss Martin Jol ahead of the January market.

Mangala, once of Standard Liege, has spoken of an ambition to play in England.
