Mark Schwarzer is looking forward to again stepping out for the Australian national team when they meet Oman on Friday.
The Fulham gloveman missed the Socceroos' last two matches due to a back injury but is back for the World Cup qualifying clash with the Omanis in Muscat followed by the trip to Bangkok to face Thailand on Tuesday.
"It's good to be back as it's always tough when you miss games through injury," he told The World Game.
"So happy I'm back to full fitness and looking forward to the game. I've always prided myself on playing as many games as possible but due to injury you can't always do that.
"It gave Adam (Federici) an opportunity and he proved that he's more than capable of playing at international level and did a good job."
