The People says the Cottagers Konchesky to sign a new contract to keep him from Liverpool's clutches.
Former Cottagers boss Roy Hodgson has been chasing the full-back, although no bid has been lodged for 29-year-old Konchesky.
He will be offered an improved three-year contract as Fulham brace themselves for an Anfield bid.
