Fulham caretaker boss Kit Symons expects Marcello Trotta to again be sent out on loan.
The 22-year old Italian striker has been with Brentford over much of the past two seasons and is likely to again go out according to the Cottagers manager.
"Marcello is a player I know well from the U18s and U21s," Symons said.
"There's been a couple of potential loans and he's looking to go out. There's definitely mileage in that.
"Footballers who are not playing are not much good to anyone and they won't be happy themselves.
"We need to get the appropriate games programme for every player."
Trotta, who has made just three appearances for Fulham since 2011, scored 23 goals in 69 outings while on loan at Brentford over the past 24 months.
