Fulham fullback Paul Konchesky admits he's revived his career this season under manager Roy Hodgson.
Konchesky has been mentioned for an England call-up and told fulhamfc.com: "It's been a massive turnaround. Last season was very much about looking up at other teams and battling to stay in the league. This year we're obviously doing a lot better and in a position where teams are now looking up at us.
"We're definitely heading in the right direction and it's taken a big weight off everyone's shoulders. Nobody likes being in the situation we were in last season, and we deserve what we're achieving at the moment. But there are still a lot of games to play."
