Fulham are believed to be at the front of the queue to sign Sunderland wantaway Kieran Richardson.
The versatile London-born 27-year old is reportedly keen to return to the capital for family reasons and is on the radar of a number of Premier League clubs.
Sky Sports suggests that Fulham boss Martin Jol is showing considerable interest in Richardson, who came through West Ham United's youth academy, but is struggling to stump enough money to make the transfer happen.
Richardson has also recently been linked with the likes of QPR, Everton, West Ham United and Reading.
