Fulham are finalising terms for FC Twente youngster Chris David this week.
The 19 year-old had a deal agreed in August, but ran out of time on deadline day to complete his medical.
De Telegraaf says now the transfer is almost complete. Fulham and Twente are in advanced talks over a fee.
David is due in London this week to settle on terms over a four-year contract with Cottagers boss Martin Jol.
