The Daily Mail says Fulham manager Martin Jol is weighing up a move for El Hamdaoui.
Jol has signed the 27-year-old twice before and is keen on a third reunion with the Moroccan.
Blackburn boss Steve Kean is also interested after missing out in the summer.
