Blackpool midfielder Ludovic Sylvestre is being watched by Fulham.
The Daily Mail says the 28-year-old scored in the recent FA Cup tie between the sides and impressed with his overall performance.
Sylvestre, who started his career at Barcelona, is out of contract in the summer and would fall into Jol's budget. Blackpool though are not an easy club to negotiate with as Liverpool have found to their cost over target Tom Ince.
Crystal Palace manager Ian Holloway is also keen on Sylvestre and could be aided by Manchester United's pending move for Wilfried Zaha.
