Fulham defender Philippe Senderos hopes for a long FA Cup run.

Senderos is no stranger to FA Cup success having been part of the Arsenal side that lifted the famous trophy in 2005, defeating Manchester United on penalties.

"The FA Cup is an amazing competition and it's one that players and fans love to be part of," he told fulhamc.com. "I've been lucky enough to be part of a team that not only reached the Final, but won it too. That was a moment I will never forget.

"It would be nice to do well with Fulham, and we want to be involved for as long as possible - I can see no reason why we can't put a decent run together.

"We're out of Europe now, so it's a good chance for us to make up for that."
