Fulham defender Brede Hangeland was impressed by Swansea City yesterday.

Whilst bitterly disappointed in the face of defeat, Hangeland took the time to praise Swansea, who condemned Fulham to their first home defeat of 2012.

"We played against a really, really good team today and had a bad day at the office," Hangeland told fulhamfc.com. "Those two factors combined resulted in a bad result.

"It's part and parcel of football - you have to take disappointments on the chin and get on with it.

"You have to give them [Swansea] a lot of credit for the way they play their football. They do it in the right way and certainly impressed everyone today."
