Fulham crock Zdenek Grygera hopes to prove his quality next season.

He had impressed in the handful of appearances he made in Fulham colours before suffering a cruciate ligament injury against Tottenham Hotspur in November; a rupture that limited the amount of training he could do, until now.

"I'm happy with my recovery and I feel well," Grygera told fulhamfc.com. "I will start running again any day now so it's important that everything stays positive.

"I'll be here over the summer focusing on my recovery. I will go away for a bit of family time but I want to train and do everything possible for my recovery. I'm hoping to be fit at the end of June or the beginning of July."
