Fulham defender Dan Burn is eyeing a first England U21 call.
The 20 year-old is currently playing on-loan at Birmingham City.
Burn admits it would be a huge honour especially as he's never represented his country as a youth due to his late start in the game.
"I haven't heard anything at all but obviously it would be great to get in and around that set-up," he told the Sunday Mercury.
"I've never been in any England set-up in my whole life. Because I started at a low level I wasn't really on the radar.
"It's unfortunate that the centre-backs for the 21s at the minute are Premier League players.
"When you've got the choice of picking a Premier League defender over a Championship defender you know which way it is going to go.
"If I got a call I would be straight there though.
"I would love to pull on an England shirt and sing the national anthem, It would be great if I could but it depends on my form."
