Fulham are attempting to beat Sunderland for Birmingham City striker DJ Campbell.
The Mirror says Fulham are ready to snap up Campbell from Blackpool - and beat Sunderland to his £1.25million signature.
Boss Martin Jol is looking for a new striker, with Andy Johnson available for sale.
Campbell favours a move back to his native London over Wearside.
