Fulham boss Lawrie Sanchez has confirmed talks with Celtic for midfielder Thomas Gravesen.

Sanchez told BBC Sport: "I have been in contact with Celtic but that's really as far as it goes.

"Gravesen is a player I admire but no bid has been made.

"I simply asked Celtic about his availability and why he's not been in their plans lately."
