Fulham have completed the signing of Tottenham midfielder Lewis Holtby.

The Germany international joins the Cottagers on-loan to the end of the season.

Fulham are understood to be covering part of Holtby's wages as part of the agreement.

The midfielder was also wanted by several Bundesliga clubs, but they baulked at his personal terms.
