Fulham have expressed interest in Stoke City striker James Beattie reports suggest.
Cottagers boss Roy Hodgson wants the ex-Everton man on loan for the remainder of the season as he struggles to keep fit attacking options on the pitch.
Beattie has fallen out of favour under Tony Pulis after a row with the manager two months ago and it is believed the club are prepared to let him walk.
Hodgson wants to bring in reinforcements to strengthen his strike force with Bobby Zamora battling a shoulder problem and being targeted by West Ham and Clint Dempsey facing six weeks on the sidelines with a knee injury.
