Fulham close to deal for Catania striker Maxi Lopez

Fulham are closing on a deal for Catania striker Maxi Lopez.

Lopez has been left out of Catania’s squad against Udinese, fuelling reports he has agreed a transfer to Fulham.

“We are all professionals and are used to dealing with these situations, but clearly Maxi is not going through a very relaxed time because he knows that he could change clubs soon,” confirmed Coach Vincenzo Montella.

ItaSportPress says Lopez has given the all-clear to complete his move to Fulham, no longer waiting for a new offer from Milan.
