Arsenal are willing to send Aaron Ramsey away on-loan to bring his match fitness up-to-speed.
The People says the Welsh midfield starlet is back in training after suffering the horrific injury in a tackle by Stoke's Ryan Shawcross.
But he is not expected to be ready for first-team action until mid-December and Wenger believes a loan spell could sharpen him up after his long lay-off.
Ramsey's former club Cardiff City would be interested in taking him on loan, although exposing the player to the more physical brand of football in the Championship might be seen as a high-risk strategy.
Fulham boss Mark Hughes is one of several Premier League managers who would bite Wenger's hand off to take Ramsey for the second half of the season.
