Fulham boss Lawrie Sanchez sympathises with Tottenham rival Martin Jol over the pressure the Dutchman is experiencing.
"I've had times when people have been calling for my head.
"They don't realise how it affects you, your family, your children. I know just how Martin felt at the final whistle.
"I was crestfallen at Arsenal when they scored in the last minute. I was crestfallen at Middlesbrough when we didn't get a goal we should have had.
"That is football management and sometimes I do ask myself why we do it."
