Fulham boss Rene Meulensteen is seeking instant impact from his January signings.

Meulensteen says any arrival must hit the ground running.

Asked about his January plans, the Dutchman said: "You need to look to the short term, what can we do now to make sure Fulham keeps its Premier League status."
