Fulham boss Rene Meulensteen admits he's on trial this season.
Defeat today at Sheffield United in the FA Cup will harm his CV, because Fulham already have coaches Alan Curbishley and Ray Wilkins on board.
He said: "My initial contract was for only one season, as head coach.
"To me that title is not important. What is important is for me to do my utmost to keep Fulham in the Premier League and when that happens I am sure we will get our heads together and talk about the future."
