Fulham manager Rene Meulensteen is unsure on what the future holds for Adel Taarabt.
The Moroccan playmaker is on a season-long loan with the Cottagers from QPR but has thus far managed just three starts for a total of eight Premier League appearances.
Meulensteen will discuss whether or not Taarabt will remain at Craven Cottage past the winter but is hoping he can somehow unlock his unbridled potential.
"Whether Taarabt will stay or go is something to discuss in January," Meulensteen said.
"It comes down to what we need in the squad and if there are certain areas we need to address.
"Adel is a very talented player and so far I have worked with him well. I hope I can help him to fulfil his potential."
