Fulham boss Felix Magath has urged Chelsea to be patient with Andre Schurrle.

Magath believes his compatriot needs time to adapt to life in England.

"When a player changes league they have to get used to it," he said. "In every country the football is different so you have to adapt to the league.

"Some players need no time but most need a few months at least."
