Fulham boss Felix Magath says his experience will be major factor in the relegation battle.

The German has been working in management for over 20 years.

Magath said: "I am convinced that the job as manager in a football club is a job where you need experience.

"It's much better if you have experience.

"The managers from the clubs that are playing for the Champions League are almost all older managers."
