Fulham boss Martin Jol admits his attacking players need to get organised.

He slammed his strikers for failing to hit the target this season, with just two goals in four games.

Jol said: "I can't find a cutting edge. It's a combination of who's attacking the ball, how many players you have in the box and the quality of the cross. It's just fine tuning."
