Fulham boss Jol wants clear-the-air talks with Murphy

New Fulham boss Martin Jol is seeking clear-the-air talks with skipper Danny Murphy.

The Daily Mail says Jol is planning peace talks with Murphy.

Jol signed the midfielder when he was Tottenham manager in 2006 but Murphy made just seven league starts in 18 months before being sold to Fulham.

Now Jol wants to make sure there is no ill-feeling between them before the club's pre-season campaign, which starts on June 23.
