Fulham boss Martin Jol has shrugged off complaints from defender Philippe Senderos.

Senderos has threatened to quit the club in January if he fails to nail down a regular spot.

But Jol said: "Everybody wants games and needs games because they want to go to the World Cup.

"That's not our problem. My problem is to win games."
