Fulham boss Martin Jol feels Kerim Frei is destined for big things.

Jol believes the 19-year-old will have a major impact at the club.

He said: "He played well at Chelsea in the Carling Cup so I knew that although he is young, he is very brave. He's good when one against one. You want more out of him but he is an exciting player and will do the business in the future.

"He'll play better and better. He is a very good character."
