Fulham boss Martin Jol insists a deal for Standard Liege goalkeeper Sinan Bolat isn't off.

Jol insists he will keep tabs on his situation.

He told the Fulham Chronicle: "Bolat is back in Belgium, so we'll have to wait and see what happens.

"He was injured - a cruciate ligament - so wasn't back to his best level.

"The only problem with him is that Liege have a very good goalkeeper and I don't think he will play a lot of games, so we can't keep an eye on him. If he plays it will be easier for us."
