Fulham boss Martin Jol is ready to launch a spending spree in the coming days.
The Daily Mail says Jol wants as many as six new players, but the club will prioritise a striker and right back.
Top of Fulham's wanted list is Freiburg's Papiss Demba Cisse, 26, who scored 22 goals in the Bundesliga last season, but they face stiff opposition from Bayern Munich and Wolfsburg.
At the back, centre half Aaron Hughes has been filling in on the right and Chris Baird has fallen out of favour, with West Bromwich and Wolves interested in the former Southampton defender.
