The Swede has returned from his loan spell at Burnley.
"I know him very well and that he can play at this level," Jol told the fulhamfc.com. "We started to play him and then he had his breakthrough in the national team. He was Man of the Match a couple of times [for Sweden], but he still needs to work on his productivity - his assists and his finishing.
"He is getting fitter and fitter because he played all these games for Burnley and he is back now, so it is only a matter of: 'Does he start or not?'. He will play a very good role in our team."
