Fulham boss Martin Jol is delighted with the progress of Marcello Trotta at Wycombe Wanderers.
Jol is happy for the 19-year-old to remain at Adams Park as long as Fulham don't suffer a striker crisis.
He told the Fulham Chronicle: "It's important for him to play games. Wycombe and the manager [Gary Waddock] wanted him badly.
"That was good because we've got other players out on loan who, if they're not playing, I'd rather they stay here.
"He will stay there as long as we're fine with our strikers. There's a recall clause, so if I need him he will come back."
