Fulham boss Martin Jol is happy Scott Parker being overlooked by England.

Jol said Fulham can benefit from Parker's England snub.

He said: "Managers will say they're happy when their players go on international duty, but the truth is I would rather keep them here. It's a very sensitive thing, but you say you are happy when they are selected."
