Jol still believes England is the best place for the £50million striker to play football, because "90 per cent" of people are willing him to succeed.
The Dutchman said: "It's probably the best country because I'm 100 per cent certain that 90 per cent of the people are hoping that he will score the goal.
"That is typically English. If he starts scoring everyone will be happy.
"So he should hurry up. Over the last four or five weeks he is playing with more confidence."
