Fulham boss Martin Jol feels Mark Hughes will face a long wait to bring success to QPR.

Even with big-money backing from new owner Tony Fernandes, Jol thinks QPR's Champions League ambitions are too lofty.

He said: "There are a few people in the world with a lot of money but, even if they have the ambition, Mark will need a couple of years to do what they want to do."
