Fulham boss Martin Jol has hailed the attitude of Clint Dempsey.
The USA international hit a hat-trick in their FA Cup win over Charlton Athletic.
Jol said: "He is an American boy so he wants to win every training session. He has the eye of the tiger.
"The way we play now probably suits him even more. He is like an attacking No 10."
