Fulham boss Martin Jol is demanding better from Kieran Richardson.

Richardson has struggled with form and fitness since joining Fulham for £2million in August from Sunderland.

Jol said: "Kieran has been injured a bit but he is back now. He can play anywhere and has all the qualities.

"He had a good season at Sunderland when he was left-back and he should be terrific here. You can give him the licence there to express himself."
