Fulham boss Martin Jol praised the performance of 19-year-old Swiss midfielder Pajtim Kasami after their stalemate with West Bromwich Albion.

The Cottagers moved out of the bottom three but are still searching for their first victory after sharing the points for the fourth time this season.

He said: "Kasami is strong. Normally if you are 19 you are a bit weak but he came and is like an English player, with a lot of skill.

"Sometimes I am happy with him but sometimes I feel he should learn a bit better but he gives us quality."
