Fulham boss Martin Jol was delighted with the goalscoring performance of Darren Bent in their Capital One Cup win over Everton.
The 29-year-old lost his marker and picked up a pass from Patjim Kasami before rifling the ball past Joel Robles from a tight angle.
It was a good finish that will not have gone unnoticed by England manager Roy Hodgson, who was in the crowd at Craven Cottage.
"Bent's goal just came out of nothing," Jol said.
"He is a talented player, and hopefully we can integrate him now."
