Midfielder Mahamadou Diarra, whose Fulham contract expired at the end of last season, could yet be offered another year's contract at Craven Cottage. The 32 year old Mali international has been training with the Cottagers since becoming a free agent in an attempt to win a new deal.
"He needs another three or four weeks before playing games with us or the reserves and then we will make a decision on him," boss Martin Jol told the Fulham Chronicle.
