Fulham boss Martin Jol feels their clash with Norwich City could be a season-changer.
Victory could move Fulham into the top half of the table after a difficult start.
Jol has taken his fair share of flak during his first few months at Craven Cottage and his relationship with Bobby Zamora has come under scrutiny.
But a top-half position at the start of 2012 will strengthen the manager's hand.
Jol said: "It's an important game for us. It could change the season."
