Fulham boss Martin Jol admits chairman Mohamed Al Fayed is unhappy with their start to the season.
They were bottom of the table until they drew 2-2 at home to Manchester City on Sunday.
But chairman Al Fayed missed the comeback because he left in disgust when City went 2-0 up just after half-time. So Jol insists opposite number Andre Villas-Boas - whose side lost to Manchester United the same day - is not the only one feeling the heat.
The Fulham boss said: "You need points. You need results.
"Our owner's demanding. He's ambitious and he's entitled to be.
"Maybe he thought we would never get a result at 2-0 down against City. But he was happy afterwards."
