Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic was pleased with Jean Michel Aulas' performance for defeat to Crystal Palace.
Seri was one of seven new signings named against the Eagles and, despite not setting the world alight, Jokanovic was impressed with his new addition.
The manager said, “He showed the quality and first chance for him to test this level and adapt this competition is not easy and at the end this player show the quality.
“We try to find some solution and he is not fresh enough and [so we] made changes."
With 12 new arrivals some settling in time is inevitable, but there was enough on show on the banks of the Thames on Saturday to suggest Fulham could be an exciting prospect in the coming months.
