Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic says Tom Cairney needs to come clean about his international ambitions.

The Scotland international is being targeted by England coach Gareth Southgate.

Jokanovic said: “I don't know, he is a quality player and we know his first choice is Scotland.

“I cannot give you clear answer, he needs to speak about this and give you a more clear answer.

“For my side, this is the only comment I can give you."
