Fulham boss Mark Hughes rates his Bobby Zamora ahead of Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko.
Zamora cost Fulham £4.8million from West Ham while City's new strike star Dzeko cost nearly SIX TIMES as much at £27m.
But Sparky said: "I have been really impressed with Bobby and that's been the biggest disappointment this year - that I haven't been able to pick him as much as I have wanted to.
"Until you work with a player you don't understand how good they are.
"That was the case with Bobby. Is he as good as Dzeko? I haven't seen enough of Dzeko.
"I would say Bobby's a more experienced Premier League player. So at the moment you would have to say, fit and well, I would probably take Bobby."
