Fulham boss Hughes will not seek to sign Schwarzer replacement

Fulham boss Mark Hughes is happy with his goalkeeping options.

Hughes now loses Mark Schwarzer for a month due to Australia's Asian Cup commitments.

But he has confidence in David Stockdale as cover and told fulhamfc.com: "I'm sure they'll reach the latter stages of the competition so we're looking at three to four weeks I would suggest.

"Obviously it's a big loss losing Mark but David did really well when he came in at the beginning of the season and there's no reason why he can't do the same again.

"We've got Neil Etheridge who's been away on international duty and picked up some really good experience, so we're comfortable with the situation and that we have adequate cover."
