Fulham are moving for Tottenham winger David Bentley.
The Sun says Bentley, 26, made 88 appearances under Fulham boss Mark Hughes at Blackburn Rovers and would be keen to play for him again.
However, meeting the winger's wages may be a problem for the west Londoners.
A source close to Bentley said: "David is on around £60,000 a week and it's unlikely Fulham could match that.
"But he had a great relationship with Hughes and is ruling nothing out.
"The only certainty is he will be on his way from White Hart Lane."
