Fulham boss Mark Hughes had no problem with chairman Mohamed Al Fayed steaming into his players at training this week.
Hughes insists he still has the full support of Fayed and has already discussed January transfer targets with him - despite Fulham lying 17th in the league.
He said "Mr Fayed has done it before and his views are quite forthright when he does turn up.
"It's his club and he's well within his rights to do that so it's not something we are too worried about.
"We hope it has an impact. He takes a real active interest in the club.
"He's at every home game and chats with the guys and it was good to see him."
